Combat Sore Muscles

Feeling stiff and tired TWO DAYS after a race would suggest you were simply very unfit…but what if you aren’t unfit at all and are actually a regular runner?!

The pain experienced several hours or days after exercise is known as delayed onset muscle soreness.

Delayed onset muscle soreness is common after exercise and usually means your muscles are getting stronger….
