We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using Aramex Store to Door and other courier partners where necessary.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 8–10 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Civil unrest or strikes
- Load shedding or infrastructure disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- High order volumes during promotional periods
EverFit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.
However, we will assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with the courier and work towards a suitable resolution.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery may be considered completed when:
- The parcel is delivered to the address provided during checkout;
- The parcel is signed for by the recipient or a person at the delivery address; or
- The courier records a successful delivery in accordance with its procedures.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
